Free Family Event: 

The City of Monterey Park will host the third annual "Monster Mash" Halloween event on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 4-7 p.m. at Barnes Park. Admission is free.

Monster Mash Schedule

4-4:30 p.m. Carnival games, activities

4:30-5:30 p.m. Fantastick Patrick, juggler

5:30 p.m. Costume parade, trick-or-treating

6:15 p.m. Arty Loon, magician
