Attendance Guidelines

We value regular and on-time attendance—it’s not only important for your child’s success but also required by law.

If your child is going to be absent or late, please let us know as soon as possible by calling the school or sending a written note.

If your child is out sick for three or more days, a doctor’s note will be needed for them to return to school.

Students with ongoing attendance issues will need to meet with the Repetto Attendance team and may be referred to the District Attendance Review Board for further support.

For planned absences of ten days or more (non-medical), please notify the school office at least 30 days in advance. These students will be enrolled in the Independent Study Program during their time away.

Thank you for helping us support your child’s education—please follow these procedures in a timely manner.

To clear your child’s absence please follow one of the following:

  • Send a note with the student to be turned in at the office when they return to school.
    • Notes must be handwritten and include the following information:
      • Student's full legal name
      • Date(s) of absence
      • Reason for the absence
      • Home and Work numbers of Parent or Guardian
      • Signature of Parent, Guardian, or Doctor

OR
